Guiliguili is an animation film studio, a place where one dreams of images, made by hand, one by one, where almost everything can become possible, a magical place that is slowly being built since almost 30 years...
It is a studio full of tenacity, powerful computers, pencils, sharpeners, erasers, electronic mice, graphic tablets, markers, crayons, paper, render farm, imagination, smiles, laughter, with period of disappointment but always full of hope.
It is an unwavering desire to produce local and original stories intended primarily for the children of Polynesia.

In Polynesia we observe the moon a lot since a very long time. According to the phase of the moon, Polynesians go fishing or not, choose the way to fish, know what species of fish they can catch. But they also use the moon for plantations. And for that they use a lunar calendar established by the ancestors.

Written by Claude Morrand in the 1970s, the Little Boy who has all the time a toothache, was first a play performed at the House of Culture. Later, in 1969, this text became a book published by Les Éditions des Mers Australes. And today, it could well become a Polynesian cartoon. In any case, we are working on it.
This is the story of a little boy who has all the time a toothache, a wild green pigeon, a Polynesian heron, an old coconut tree, the Queen of the Pacific, a huge octopus, a sea serpent, a shark followed by his entire family and a district chief. This story, of course, happens in Polynesia and is full of adventures, emotions, songs ...

Tahitoa, is the story of a young Polynesian boy who does not like his culture at all and dreams only of the USA. One night, some extraordinary things will happen to him: he will find himself in the past having to help a priest of the old times. he will have to travel all over Polynesia, become the hero of our legends and fight a very powerful evil spirit. He will do it, accompanied by Poema, a young girl whom she met in the past, always followed by her little black pig, and a lambscher who hid in her backpack.
